Questions, answered
Ask us anything else — we reply to every message.
How long does setup actually take?
Signing up, adding your restaurant details, creating staff accounts and adding your tables takes a few minutes. The real work is your menu — how long that takes depends on how many dishes and photos you have. Once the menu is in, you download the QR sheet, put a code on each table, and you can take an order immediately.
Do I need to buy any new hardware?
No. DinePilot runs on the phones your staff already carry — no POS terminal, no KOT printer, no card reader to buy. The only thing you need to print is the QR code for each table, and you can do that on ordinary paper.
What does it cost right now?
Starter is free (up to 10 tables). Essential is ₹799/mo, Pro is ₹1,499/mo, and Unlimited is ₹3,999/mo. Paid annual plans include two months free. See the pricing page for limits and what each tier includes.
Can I try it without disrupting a live service?
Yes, and we recommend it. Set your restaurant up, put a QR on one or two tables, and run those alongside your normal process for a service or two. Nothing else in your restaurant changes while you do.
